FSCONS

The 5th FSCONS (Free Society Conference and Nordic Summit) took place on 11-13 November 2011 at the building of the IT University in Gothenburg, Sweden. With more than 300 visitors, the event is the largest meeting place in Nordic countries for Free Software, Free and Digital Culture and Free Society. Gathered around a series of interesting themes, more than 50 speakers talked about building together, development for embedded systems, development in free software communities, free desktop environments, free software in politics, human rights and digital freedoms, social events, the future of money and universal design. During the conference, some organisations and projects presented their work and were available for questions.
