Zarafa Summercamp

The 3rd Zarafa Summercamp took place on 18-20 June 2009 at the Golfhotel Krefeld in Krefeld, Germany. Zarafa, an Open Source Collaboration, is a Microsoft Exchange replacement, which provides an integration with existing Linux mail servers, native mobile phone support by ActiveSync compatiblity and a webaccess with "Look & Feel" similar to Outlook using Ajax. Including an IMAP and a POP3 gateway as well as an iCal/CalDAV gateway, Zarafa can combine the usability with the stability and flexibility of a Linux server. It got a Fedora related event once the "Zarafa Award" for the "Best Open Source Contributor" was hand over for the efforts to get Zarafa into Fedora.
